Let go and holiday pay

So I was employed by a company through an agency with the promise of a full time contract after 12 weeks.

Found out I was pregnant and told them at 12 weeks everything seemed fine. Then they were kinda nit picking things all the time. So by the time my 12 weeks was up they said they didn't have a position for me yet but kept me on until last Thursday when the agency rang whilst I was at work to tell me the company was letting me go.

As you can imagine I was stressing quite abit especially being 26 weeks pregnant and worrying about money.

I've just got a quick question regarding holidays, I had 10 days accrued since April and I've taken 5 days off as holiday in the time I was there. Will I get paid for the other 5 I didn't take?

Yes you should get them paid. Does the 10 days accrued include your bank holidays though? As we had 3 in May and on in August so you may only be due 1 day paid.

The company was open bank holidays so if we wanted them off we had to book them as holidays

In that case you're right, if 5 days is what you're owed they need to pay it.
