Redundancy on maternity leave

I'm being made redundant on mat leave which I know in itself is legally allowed, however, they've created a number of lower grade roles since I left which have taken on some of my main responsibilities. I'm also the only person being made redundant and the suitable alternative roles they said I could apply for paid half my salary and would probably be suitable for someone with 5-10 years experience whereas I have 20. I've also requested a number of documents under DSAR but they have returned very few. Just wondering if anyone else has had similar situations or has detailed knowledge about what is allowed to be excluded under DSAR?

A subject access request is limited to information about you specifically. What did you ask for?

Emails/teams messages/work text messages mentioning me and relating to the restructure. Personnel file - ie interview notes from internal interviews, progression plans
