Late/no pension payments

Hi,

Ive recently received an email from my pension provider saying my employer has been consistently late paying in my pension and it’s been reported to the regulator.

I should have had payments going in since April and even though I’ve had a pension deduction from my salary each month, there’s £0 in my pension, so mine and the employers contributions are missing. We’ve been told it will be sorted asap but what do yous think?

Could the company be on the brink of running into the ground? I’m gutted to say the least. Thanks .

can you talk to HR? I assume everyone at your company is affected.

Yes - I’d be very worried also.

Can you see if your PAYE and NICs have been paid?

@enjoyingscience there’s going to be an update on general work stuff tomorrow and we’ve been assured it will be sorted. It just really worries me.

@Merryoldgoat from what I can see on the HMRC site, PAYE and NIC has went in ok. I just worry about what’s next and what else could be going on 🧐
