What are your experiences of finding work/getting interviews when you've had a couple of short term job stints ? worried as I'm generally speaking in jobs for a long duration. Recently I've had two short job stints next to each other and I am panicking. I work in the NHS as a support worker. I am in my 40s if that adds to any context.
