Gossipy cliquey companies with bad managers

So almost a yr on and I reported the bad atmosphere at work that is currently being investigated.
Better but still weird to me.
Then I read lots of reviews on glassdoor about bullying cliques and bad managers.
How can this be real in this time.
How can a whole company have these issues.?
It has made me feel better I'm not alone or going mad though.

You may not be going mad, but if this is the company culture then you are mad for staying there, expecting anything to change, or for pinning a target on your back by complaining. You won't be the first to report it. You won't be the last. But if there are such reviews on line then the company know, and have always known. They don't care. If they did it would have already changed.

If you want to stay sane. find another job. Do it now.

I agree.i thought it may get better or I just needed to settle.
All so I'm sure they are better to keep the small team than really side with me or agree.
I cannot stand gossip.Luckily I have options.
