Imposter Syndrome/Lacking Confidence in New Role

I’ve joined a new role in a Graduate position at a company. It’s very very competitive and more than half of the intake are Oxbridge and most have Firsts across the board. Most are also privately educated.

On the other hand I scraped my 2.1 needed for entry and went to a rough comp. I kinda feel like the pity hire or the diversity hire.

Others in the intake are supremely confident and at ease with the new situations. They are able to schmooze and put themselves forward. Whereas I am shy. I work better on my own and in smaller conversations.

Does anyone have any tips to alleviate these feelings? Or how to be more confident?
