Face doesn't fit anymore

I've been in my role 5 years and was instrumental in setting up processes as it was a new division.

Since we relocated 1 year ago I realised the new faces we are hiring into our previously small team are the stars and new face of the company, trotted out for visitors etc while I feel hidden away
Nobody recognises my achievements to the same extent either
Has a similar thing ever happened to you?

Yes. I got out because I could see what was coming, I didn't trust the new management and I wasn't confident they weren't going to scapegoat me to get rid of me. It was the lack of trust that was corrosive.

Once you're in the 'face doesn't fit' zone it's only a matter of time.
