Manager does not like me

There is a manager at work who is very short with me . There is two managers at my work place :mine who is responsible for one team and another . There is some cross over in their work and the previous manager was very helpful and approachable .

This manager on one occasion laughed at me and mocked me when my computer failed ( another staff saw this and said they were shocked ). On other occasions I’ve asked her for advice / guidance and she has laughed again at me and told me ‘not my problem ‘. She’s told me she won’t help anyone out or go out of her way , she just wants to earn the easy money .

She has tried to belittle me in front of other colleagues regarding my work telling me I got procedures wrong, when I am correct .

Today she laughed when I was struggling with a difficult case/ vulnerable person ,I told her I found this approach as a manager inappropriate and she said she doesn’t care and has reported me to her manager for saying this. Her manager has said she’s in the right .

Any advice ?
My job involves some safeguarding and dealing with vulnerable people so I find her shrugging / laughing so inappropriate . She’s off hand with others but seems to dislike me. We used to get on okay , but she seems angry all the time now .

I'm sorry OP, what a crappy position to be in.
Maybe write each of these situations down and speak to HR?

I would report her. You could try and sit down and try to discuss this with her but If she already behaves like this with you then will approaching her make a difference?

Did her manager say directly to you that she's right? Or was that her own narrative?

I've got this at the minute, it's so unprofessional, all because her friend that's been there for years has taken a weird dislike to me. It's horrible and I'm looking for another job as I feel so unwelcome.
