Job stay or leave?

Started a new job a few months ago, part time hours, low pay, took role to get me out & about after moving into area. Management is very weak, some staff are OTT, think don't follow procedures, rude, etc. Thought about leaving a few times, don't need the wage. More about socialising, keeping mind active. WWYD

Keep it whilst you look for something better? Unless it’s so awful that it’s damaging your mental health but doesn’t sound like it’s that bad, just could be better.
