I applied for a level transfer EoI in the civil service (DfE if it matters) and received an email inviting me for a conversation on Friday. The email said it wasn't a formal interview so no prep required, but keen to know more about me, my experience and a chance to ask questions.
I've never applied for an EoI before - does this mean I'm the top scoring candidate and they just want to see if I'm a good fit or are they likely to be meeting multiple people?
I'm going to read up on the role and programme, as well as revising my application, but is there anything else you recommend doing? TIA!
