Looking for some advice from other full timers, I have 2 DC and have always worked night shift so I am always home for them during the day and for school runs, concerts, school holidays etc.
My DH has recently given up work as he has health issues, and when he does go back will be on night shift.
I've been given an opportunity to change jobs, with no weekend work and Monday-Friday 9-5, however the mum guilt is real and the fact I won't be doing school runs or be around much on the holidays is making me feel so sad!
I'm just looking for anyone who has young DC and works 9-5, how do you manage the holidays? School plays? Sports days? Etc?
