So as the title says I'm 23 weeks pregnant and I'm having a stressful time at work.

I started a job early April as agency with the promise of a permanent position after 13 weeks, as soon as they found out I was pregnant apparently there isn't a position at this moment and to wait until after my maternity leave to see If a position comes up so at the minute I'm covering holidays and things, working 42 hours a week.

My boss isn't very nice! She really makes me anxious everyday I go into work Incase I messed something up the day before because shes so critical of everything.

I'm left alone in the office 5/6 hours a day and noone there to take over when I need to wee so I'm left needing to go toilet for hours.

I'm constantly worrying at home that I missed something like an email or anything else.

I don't think there was a point to this post I'm just feeling anxious and worrying and stressing 😞

Have they done a risk assessment OP? It should accommodate for toilet breaks and workload and is a requirement even though you are agency.

Yes but there was a few weeks ago, she's just added to the workload which isn't helpful, I've tried telling her how I feel because she wants to me run a warehouse with 10 lorry bays on my own, I told her I felt uncomfortable doing this but she told me everyone felt that way at some point and left me.

Do you have HR, even as agency you are entitled to be treated correctly - can the agency help you too?

Well it doesn’t sound like somewhere you would want to be permanent anyway. I would be focusing on getting through the next few months and planning to find a new job afterwards.

And regarding the loo, I have seen the other thread and I do appreciate there are jobs when loo breaks are difficult, but you seem to be working in an office, so I am not sure why it is a problem. I was the only person in my office yesterday, but I didn’t stop myself from going to the loo.
