Giving end of Probation Feedback

Hi Experts!
i am giving an end of probation session shortly and I wondered what are the key things I should consider.
My feedback is all positive.
What things should I not do/say?
What ideas for constructive ways forward does one normally give? He passes probation but he may want to ask about onwards and upwards trajectory etc.
Despite having a long career myself I cannot remember even one occasion where a company has bothered to give me one.
Any and all advice greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Start, continue, stop feedback - what he needs to start doing, continue doing and stop doing. Everyone needs to develop - it’s not negative, it’s growing and learning.

Give a medal and a mission.

Positive feedback and we also want you to work towards x mission.

Identify and further training needs from their view point and yours.
Set objectives for the future.
Still mention areas that need improving if any incase you need to fall back on 'evidence' in the future.
Check they are happy in their role and feel supported and they know what's expected of them.
Tick off any induction training

Thanks so much all! Should I give a report after? I’ve started writing one with performance goals. But maybe that is overkill…

Or rather development goals for him that match our company goals
