Quick question if I may!
I left on maternity leave and received enhanced maternity pay providing I work for at least 3 months upon my return to work. My maternity leave finished the last week of July. I have accrued around 2 months worth of annual leave.
If I use my annual leave through August and September and work the October month, will this qualify as my 3 months returned to work? Technically I am no longer on maternity pay?
I have a job offer to start early Nov and want to ensure I won't be left with a debt owed to current employer.
