Please may some one who has maybe been in my position or some one who works within childcare be able to give me some advice?
I've worked in childcare since I left school many years ago and started a new job last year but I'm just not fitting in there, I feel out of place.
I've recently been offered a new job and would like to leave my current setting.
My question is can I hand my notice in during the summer holidays? I'm in a term time position at the moment and this new job isn't.
