I've been made redundant and my boss probably owes me holiday pay, hasn't mentioned this as part of my redundancy.
Relations aren't great between us, they are a bully and there's no HR (small company).
According to my contract I get the legal minimum, which is easy to work out pro-rata. The company also take off bank holidays as part of my annual leave as I work Mondays (I'm part time).
Is this right?
Does that mean I knock off all the bank holidays I've not worked so far this year and then I'll know how many days holiday I'm owed? (I haven't taken any non-bank hols this year and was made redundant 1st July) Do I accrue holiday while on garden leave which runs out tomorrow, there's no mention of this in my contract?)
