I have a phobia of using the underground. At the moment I walk from mainline station to work. BUT Office is relocating which would mean an hour and a half walk each way on top of the rest of my commute buses would take too long crossing London. Any suggestions?

Could you Boris bike? (or all the variations of Boris bikes such as Lime etc)

If it’s a real phobia I doubt you will overcome it without professional help.
I hate it but don’t have to do it regularly. What helped me was lots of research and taking my time so I knew where I was going and how to get there. I still hated every moment of it but I felt more in control

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy might help..available through the NHS. You can self refer - search IAPT Changing Minds - talking therapies.
