Hello all

I just got a small little job which I have accepted and they are doing background screening with Reed and I can check progress on line

When I checked, I saw 'at risk' see screenshot below.

I am wondering if someone can elaborate on this for me pls. What does the at risk mean. Pls

The only definition of SLA I know is Service Level Agreement which would suggest that the company doing the checks aren’t doing them as fast as they’re supposed to

Thanks @chocolateisavegetable

But what does the "at risk". And the SLA duration mean pls

It probably means they won't hit there SLA (service level agreement) and nothing to do with you. I wouldn't panic.

Agree - I think it means they’re at risk of not completing the checks as quickly as they’re supposed to. SLA duration could mean how long it’s supposed to take or how long they’re predicting it will take

SLA status now show

In Breach of SLA

I am really worried because I do really need this job 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

As everyone else has said, this is about Reed not completing the background checks as quickly as they should - so Reed is in breach of their service level agreement with your soon-to-be employer.

Nothing at all to worry about and no reflection on your application. Just means Reed are probably working through a backlog so it's taking longer than normal to process your checks.
