I had a job interview last week for a job that I am very interested in. I had researched the service and I think I gave good answers. There were three people interviewing me and the person sat directly in front of me looked at the table for most of the interview apart from when she asked me two questions. I was careful to look from person to person when I was answering but all I could keep seeing was the top of the person's head! Looking back I now find it very strange. Has anyone any insights into this . Maybe I am so hoping to get the job that I am over thinking things. Thanks in advance for any insights
