Absolutely is, especially in jobs where they want you in the office

Me & a mate started new job working day of July. Would not dream of going off sick on untruths given my history but others would.

Mate jacked job in job by end of first week, apparently on the sick and getting paid. wouldn’t you have fired their backside, the moment someone failed in their second week to turn up? apparently not? How is my mate off sick? Mate messing employer around.
