No motivation, feeling down

Hello everyone

I am in need of some advice, I have a good job and a nice salary and yet feel extremely down and have no motivation and hate myself. I am working from home until September and cannot seem to get into a routine. I initially was going a walk before starting work, however I am now fed up of seeing the same area day in day out. I have been crying and feeling really sorry for myself (even though I know deep down I am lucky.) I find it difficult to meet up with friends due to different schedules and my husband is a chef so his days off are rarely the same as mine. Does anyone have any advice on how to get myself out of this rut. I am so behind on work and just need to get a grip to be honest and have some sort of routine

thanks so much! 😊

Please see your nicest GP if you have not done so. If you can afford a few sessions with a psychologist ( might be easier toy get an appointment please do).

New job.

wished I’d taken the £20k private health care job, I imagine I wouldn’t have to sit through the 1-2 hours lost per day on pure silly ice breakers.
