Leave nursing can I still bank?

Hi,
I am currently a band 6 on maternity leave. I have just accepted a post at a private hospital (not a nursing role)
Lots of reasons for why I want to leave - sure I don’t have to list them here as we all know how the nhs workforce is.
Also have a lot going on at home, my eldest son (3) is on the ASD pathway, and I feel he needs me more present than what the nhs job does.
Anyway, I was wondering if I could still bank at my old job to retain my pin? As I’ve just saw something on Facebook that if you’re employed at a lower band, then you can’t bank as a nurse. It just made me wonder if I can bank without any issues.
As I do love my job however the politics are just not for me at the moment.
many thanks 🙏🏻

I would ask the RCN so you know you’re getting the correct info.
