Is it hard to be a TA in a secondary school?
Would love to hear peoples opinions x

It's a tough job wherever you are; primary, secondary, PRU, SEN etc.

The pay is appalling and you earn every penny.

I work in a SEN secondary school, and have just finished day two of a supporting with a school production.

I work mainly with post sixteen young people, supporting them with their learning, qualifications, work experience and general day to day running of the sixth form provision.

Displays, prom help, production help, ordering resources, ingredients for cookery and taxi duty, are all part of the working week.

What aspects do you envisage to be hard in secondary?

Thank you for your response. My only fear, is that because English is my second language, I speak w an accent... not a biggie,I've been here for almost two decades but still...

I dont follow. Why should an accent determine whether the job is hard or not?

Only talking about my perspective.
