Letter of concern

Has anyone ever had a letter of concern from work due to performance

No thank goodness

No letter as such, just an ‘informal personal performance plan’ if I recall correctly, which was raised verbally by the Manager, turns out I was making extra work/not missing processes out that could actually have been skipped thus bettering my results. 4 weeks to improve before it ramped up to next stage. (I was leaving anyway) initially it made me a bit down but I see both the positive and negatives from such a plan.
