Voluntary Teaching English as a Foreign Language

Hello

Is there anywhere you can do a residential TEFL placement? Like a mature gap year type thing?

I have an English Language degree, but no teaching qualifications. I have done some voluntary adult literacy teaching.

I'm looking for something short-term - a few months, perhaps.

If VSO are still running, you would be able to apply for a placement with them. Also British Council may still run teaching programmes.
Meanwhile, see if you can volunteer again at your local Adult Education ESOL dept.
