Can you help me with a term-time only salary question?

I'm looking at a job that is 0.78 part time. The contract is part time, Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 2:50pm

This is what they say about salary:

This role is term time only but salary is paid on a monthly basis throughout the year. £18,184 per annum pro rata (actual salary for 0.78 FTE is £14,252pa).

Is the £14252 what I would actually be paid or do I need to do more calculations as the job is part time hour and term time only?

I think that is the salary if it was 0.78 not term time only.
You need to know exactly what calculation they actually use, but in my experience it's something like 39 weeks term time, plus 5 weeks holiday pay and maybe 5 inset/ training days paid on top.
So (£14252÷52 weeks)× 45 weeks = £12,333 ish. This is a very rough calculation, ask the potential employer for an accurate figure, and how they work it out.
