I seem to keep getting on reserve lists for SEO roles.
As of today, I'm now on 4 different reserve lists (I am a civil servant, but these are all campaigns that went external. These are for roles in relatively well-paying departments, I've had a few near misses with some G7 roles in less well-paying departments too).
What the hell am I doing wrong? Getting a bit despondent really. I'm expecting them all to expire if I'm honest. Mostly due to lack of roles/ unofficial freezes in these depts.
Anyone able to give advice? I'm HEO at the moment, marked as high performing and have covered SEO and G7 whenever needed (and occasionally G6 and SCS).
