Been seconded to part of another role temporarily

There is an important aspect of it that I just can’t get my head round. It’s driving me to despair. I’m moving on from this temp secondment shortly but want to leave things in order. I’ve received no instruction and it’s all a bit woolly and wild so having great difficulty in pinning down, making sensible and passing on in good order- without admitting to others I don’t understand it. I’m usually one to be thrown in deep end and be fine. Any advice generally? I’m feeling panicky and not at my best because of this.

Have you asked your LM for some more guidance? Just on this area? What do they need for handover etc.?

Thanks for your reply. I asked someone separate but who had been involved for clarity. LM doesn’t know anything about it which adds to confusion. I spent yesterday forensically going through every item of info and finally managed to get a handle on it. I just felt out of proportion overwhelmed yesterday!
