Which sounds the best option?

I did another post in AIBU but I think my comments are getting slightly lost as it had a lot of response.

Basically I am working a zero hour contract at the moment, it's not a bad place to work.. minimum wage and I work every Friday and every Sunday.

I was offered a job as a dental receptionist starting on minimum wage and 3 half days a week, which made childcare slightly awkward.

I was a dental nurse prior to children and have also been offered a job dental nursing in a private practise again - 2 consecutive week days and £11.50ph.

Which do you think is the best option?

Sorry, but you've started three threads with the same question, and you seemed happy to have been offered a way back to your old career in the last one. What's the ongoing wobble to prompt this thread asking the same question?

At a certain point you are just going to have to sit with the anxiety of making this change. Based on the number of responses you've had, if you're still feeling so anxious you can't decide, then I doubt there is anything anybody can say that will make those feelings disappear. You need to find a way to tolerate them.

The dental nursing offer seemed like a good offer long term. I thought you were happy with that. What's changed?

@swanling Don't say sorry, thank you for the direct response.

I think I am happy with the dental job in terms of the hours work much better, it's starting off on more more and it's a job I already have 9 years experience in. I'm just worried that it was a good opportunity at the doctors surgery and I'm turning it down

You are right though and you're post being so to the point has got through to me - I've made my decision and I need to stop overthinking and doubting it and just go for it. x

so a zero hours contract with no job security on minimum wage or a job with minimum wage with a contract

easy choice for me
