Anyone else found a way to navigate this?! I am busy applying for jobs but really struggling to fit in being allowed the time off/having the time off as most of my holidays are used on school holidays and not being found out by current employer that I am attending interviews. For example, have an interview on a day where I have an activity booked with DC and they can't offer an alternative day/time. Another interview is literally 3 minutes walk from where I work. I'm running out of holiday and who knows even if I'll get these jobs. Can really understand why people leave awful jobs and do temporary work first! Any solutions or advice greatly appreciated
