Hi. Looking for advice please. I've recently started a job and already my tasks have been changed from what is in my contract. I was asked if I agreed to the change somehat forcefully but didn't have much choice. The role is not turning out to be anything like I'd been told and I'm thinking I need to move on rapidly. Several people are walking out f the company every week so I'm not the only one! What's the best way to extricate myself without it looking bad on my CV. Also what should I tell a new employer about why I've left a new job only three months into the contract? I've had lots of short term contracts due to being in science but always had good working relationship with bosses and never any issues like this. Many thanks in advance for any advice!
