Manager is angry most of the time

I am exhausted working for a person with terrible anger management; I can't understand how an adult can be such a tantrum my baby.
They're in the 40s ffs. Stroppy most of the time. Give me strength.

I don't have an angry boss but I have an emotional one who cannot take feedback AT ALL so I feel your pain. It's so draining isn't it? I don't have the answer but solidarity if it helps!

Thank you. Is it just me or should a manager display a calm and neutral demeanour? Who wins when someone is losing their shit several times a week?
It means I am always nervous around her as I'm waiting for her blow. Grow up!
