NHS Bullying

Is anyone here able to advise, I am a B4 AHP, moved trusts twice because of relocation and am now in my second NHS position that is dreadful, the exception with my current position is that I am being bullied. I have flagged this and the individual was approached but this has made the situation worse to almost intolerable, actually to the point where I want to have some sort of accident just so I can have time off whilst I job search. I am in a union but suspect given that the individual was approached and has made the matter worse this really isn't a path worth following.

I am now in a position where this second short term job is going to appear on my applications through no fault of my own due to this terrible culture I keep on landing in although previously had a long history of being in positions long term. Contemplating doing bank work/agency to get away from this bullying but it is pretty risky considering the current climate. WWYD?

I would escalate it again, I know it’s hard but you need to stand your ground. Why should you leave? Does the job suit you apart from the bully? If it does then stay and fight. Union, HR, higher manager. I know the NHS is shit at dealing with bullies, but it’s still worth fighting.

Thank you @MissyB1 for your reply. No, actually the job role is pretty dreadful as well which is why I don't think it's worth fighting for. However, I don't think I can hang on till something else permanent comes around.

Can I just say take care of yourself op, bullying is awful, I experienced it in the nhs and it made me suicidal.

Sine a light on it with workers you trust, don't hide it.
