Hi, I'm just looking for some insight really! I have an interview next week with the civil service for an EO role. The interview is 30 minutes long and the advert states that I will be assessed on my 'technical knowledge' and 'experience' and three behaviours (the advert has specified these behaviours).
My question is, does anybody know how many questions I may be asked? I have prepared 6 examples (two for each behaviour) and tried to link the examples with the ability, technical skills and experience listed on the job advert. I'm just unsure whether it will be, for example, just 3 questions based upon the 3 behaviours or if it will be a question for each behaviour, a question for technical knowledge and a question for experience?
I had another civil service interview a few weeks ago (unfortunately I was unsuccessful) and this was 45 minutes, with a warm up question, 4 behaviour questions and then an opportunity for myself to ask any questions and a discussion of the job role. I'm just thinking 30 minutes doesn't seem that long!
Sorry if this sounds completely silly, I just want to give myself the best chance as I was pretty upset with the result of my previous interview!!
Thanks in advance :)
