Interview nervous

Hello I've got a interview soon and they want me to produce a 2 hour PowerPoint presentation and then talk about the content and design of it for 15 minutes. I am really unsure how to present it I'm so nervous, they say its not so much on the content but more on how I conduct and design the presentation. Also I am not sure how many slides to do

Any help or if any one else has been in the situation I would be grateful

I know they saying to design a 2 hour workshop and then present it for 15 minutes showing the design and how made it i presume

If it's a workshop then a lot of that time should be activities or discussion between the participants--definitely not two hours worth of presentation!

I also wouldn't expect a 2 hour PowerPoint presentation.

Have you ever designed a workshop before?

Get Chat GPT to design the workshop for you and then tweak that design.

The 15 mins is for you to explain the goals of the workshop, what content or exercises you are using and why, how you will engage your participants, any evaluation methods or follow up you will use.

if you can’t do this you are applying for the wrong job.

Basically you have to design a training session that will last for 2 hours. In your interview you have 15 mins to talk through your session why you have included YouTube video for that bit, group exercise for that bit etc.
