I work in a team of 3 and get on well with both my colleagues. From time to time when there’s a query one of us can’t sort between ourselves we refer it to the team leader. I’ve noticed if I send the email there’s rarely a response and we have to wait and wait to hear back. If it’s either of my colleagues then the query gets answered. This has happened a few times now. My emails are always polite and professional.
Has this happened to anyone else? How did you handle it?
Its leaving me feeling unappreciated and a bit undermined if I’m honest.
