I've been offered a position at the Home Office, same grade as I am on currently, and I wondered if anyone who has done this knows how it works if your current salary is lower than the HO minimum for their grade?
The Civil Service transfer terms seem to say that I should be placed on the HO grade minimum, but their candidate pack seems to state that I'd retain my current salary. Tried contacting recruitment, but they're so slow at responding 🙄.
I'm just trying to work out if it's worth doing it, if my salary will stay the same 🤔. Thanks
