I have an interview tomorrow (first in over 5 years) for a job I'm really excited about. It was with a director and face to face. Any tips on acing it?

Don't rush your answers. It's okay to pause and think for a moment.

Remember an interview is two-way. If there's anything important to you about the work culture or conditions, go in armed with a few questions to ask the director.

I interview a lot and if someone comes into the office and appears happy and smiling and gives me a confident 'hello' we are off to a great start. I don't mind nerves, so if you are nervous, say something along the lines of 'it's my first interview in 5 years, so please excuse the nerves'

I had an interview this morning and it couldn't have gone better. I'm really hoping for an offer!

Mine went really well, I was progressed to 2 more stages and had the final interview on 3rd but I've been ghosted since 😥

What you did
Why it's important
How you did it
What was the result
How you will impliment this mindset in the new role (THIS LAST BIT IS SO IMPORTANT. DO NOT MISS IT OUT)

Top tip...

Rock up to the interview with a full three month plan on how you're going to step into the role and develop yourself to thrive! Hit that ground running!!!

I have experience from both sides of interviewing and these methods really stand out!
