Looking for opinions if possible.I work as a FT 9-5 hours hca (on a cliquey, bitchy ward that helps!). Only been on this ward 4 months and want to move on.

Anyway, I've been offered a place on a course, non work related, that will help me progress in the future. Am thinking of joining the hospital Bank and leaving this ward for two reasons, 1. it will give me time to find something else and 2. I can choose my hours hopefully that will help me alongside when I start studying in September. Seems absolutely crazy doesn't it to leave a job to do a zero hour contract job and I'm aware I won't get holiday or sick pay but also makes sense. Thoughts please?
