Above and beyond

I started a new job almost seven months ago, after a rocky start and a few major mistakes I've be offered a 3month extended probation on top of the 6 months I've already done.
I've worked 49.5 hours over 4 shifts pretty much since I started.
I was give a 3 shift contract which is 37.5 hours. I made it know that i joined the company to work a 3 day week instead of a 4 day week.
Bearing in mind I do a week of days then a week of nights but this isn't always sometimes it's 2weeks of days then 3 of nights ...basically there's no set rota or shift pattern, so every day you want off needs to be booked as you can't tag holiday onto days you are already off.
I get a monthly check in with my manager and also 3 monthly meeting to see how I'm progressing towards my personal targets that I've set.
When I'm asked ''What have you done to go above and beyond in you role?''
All I want to answer is SWEET FA!
I fulfil the job description and covered staff leaving abruptly. I have done all the training requested and pretty much run myself ragged.
AIBU?

You have my sympathies as my job is a bit like this, but at least I have a set rota.

You could say you've regularly worked 12 hours/week over your contracted hours to help the company out.
