Local government interview for a head of department role (not director or deputy CEO or CEO).
Recruitment packs says that:
"Should you be shortlisted for this role, you will be invited to attend a virtual assessment. This is being led by an external consultancy, GatenbySanderson, who will contact you directly. The assessment will involve completing two online psychometric questionnaires, and a 90-minute virtual interview on MS Teams. You will need to complete both psychometric questionnaires b and then be available for interview".
There will then be a second short-listing.
Then another interview (I assume (but will ask) this will be traditional face to face with a panel and competency questions).
Anyone gone through a similar recruitment process in local government please?
I'm starting to practice for the questionnaires (in case shortlisted) but it is the "90-minute virtual interview" but I'm unclear about.
Anyone came across GatenbySanderson and know what this virtual interview could look like please?
Any help much appreciated please!
