To stay in current job or move on

I have been in my current job for 4 years now, working 3 days a week, longer hours and a masters funded by employer. Haven't had a payrise for 3 years. Its a leadership job but not a massive pay 50k mark. They trust me and I get loads of holidays but that's it. There isn't much potential for progression here. I have a 1 year old. I have got some interviews lined up paying far more than this but I acknowledge that I cherish having more time with my child. Since I am so familiar with this role, its less stress and people here Trust me, so that helps if I need days off for looking after DS's catching viruses after starting nursery.
What would you do in my position?

Stay where you are, the grass isn’t always greener!

I too would stay where you are until your child is school age. Lots of holiday and low stress is a major bonus.

Stay where you are since you are not unhappy and the job suits. I went pt and treaded water when my dcs were around this age. Just being in a job is going enough at this point. Unless money is a big concern now, plenty of time to gear up later.

I'd stay where you are as well. Sounds like a lovely place to work.
