Hi! Does anyone have experience of working for Next at their head office in Leicester? I’m considering a job there but thinking of having another baby in the next couple of years and wondering what their maternity pay etc. is like. I can’t find anything about it apart from them having a nursery onsite. Surely a company of this size offers more than statutory maternity pay? 😨
