Last week my boss get angry at me a few times he's general manager in assistant manager.
Last week a member of staff went to him with an issue that I was already in the process of sorting. He started having a go at me completely undermining me. In the end I looked at the member of staff and said as I spoke to you earlier I will sort it.
And I walked away angry but kept my calm. About 10 mins later her praising me via email because he new he had handled situation wrong.
Today I've been organising a worker from another depot to come down role out some training, I replied back very positive. My boss came up to me after reading email and said you have played right in to his hands there. Basically having a go because I sent an enthusiastic positive email back.
When I was trying to talk to him he kept ignoring me and stirring at his phone. I feel like absolute shit I was just trying to be productive. I feel no matter what I do he's ir rated by me.
I've come home all anxious and wondering what it is I've done wrong 😑 😞
