Just as the title says really?
Currently living in West Sussex and been offered a job in Nottinghamshire the salary is pretty much the same so no really incentive in terms of money except that our mortgage would be half what it currently is.
We have been through some rough times including infidelity in our current home and debt which we have now dug our way out of and I sometimes wonder if moving away would be a fresh start?
We'd be moving away from most of our family who live in Surrey. Although we do have some family in Nottinghamshire (cousins and aunts and uncles)
I'm bored in my current role and feel that I've maxed myself out and won't go any further in this role and my husband works part time and does most of the childcare so could pick up work pretty much anywhere.
I'm just curious as to what others would do? Would you move? Or stay in a job that you feel has maxed out.
