Hello!

Just seeing if anyone could shine some light onto a situation for me. Has anyone worked in care and been on amended duties?

Why the amended duties? Is it for a health/disability reason?

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and I have a bad shoulder so signed back to work on amended

Ok, don't have personal experience but work in OH so have advised on amended duties for people who work as carers to people in their own homes.
Usually no clients who need manual handling or 2 person visits. So usually help with showering, dressing, meal prep or meds only.

Also less clients to attend in the day.
