Holiday pay after maternity pay end

I had 31 days holiday pay to tag on to the end of my maternity 39 weeks pay. So this week should have been just 1 day pay as I've had 6 full weeks 30 days) of pay now, however I have had my wage slip emailed which states a full week.
Would the recent bank Holidays and Easter Bank Holidays have been taken off so those weeks I would only have used 4 days instead of 5? I can ring work but it's difficult to get through to finance and they talk really fast to get off the phone, like they don't have time to bother with you.

At my work they have to add any bank holidays missed ( due to being on maternity) as additional holiday days

Is that statutory? My work contract is paper thin, they pay the legal minimum including holidays, so would love to know if they are allowed to take off bank hold while I'm on maternity leave too?

My work you accrue bank holidays whilst on maternity leave.
So I had my holiday plus 9 bank hols when I went back (extra one for queen's funeral because it was last year)

I want to go back to work the last month of school year. I would like to go back early from maternity leave. My return date is September. If I decide during that month before summer holiday I would like to resign, and my last day be on the last date of school. Will I still be paid for the summer holiday. Can I put my last pay day as the last day of Summer holiday.

@Nadyaroshid you should start your own thread and add in some rough dates as I think you are planning for 2024 given that you need to give 8 weeks notice to end your mat leave early.
