Fed up with my job need inspiration

I am so fed up with my workplace, it doesn't challenge me anymore, there is no room for progression. I work in an office and it's so mundane. I would love to do something challenging but what?

Following with interest, in the same predicament. Hate office work but realistically need to retrain in another field . Have you looked at any courses you could do?

Any existing qualifications?

I'd love a Police office job but suspect I'm too old at 60 sadly.

I have looked into a few courses, I would love to run my own bakery so may look at a course along those lines.
