I was taken straight to a formal process and investigation meeting, which I adjourned part way through to seek further advice as I didn't think procedure had been followed.
Fast forward two weeks. I get email from the decision maker to say we are going to do x (that I argued should have been done initially). Very brief.
This caused me significant stress and anxiety. I haven't even got an apology.
Have I got any way of pushing back to get an acknowledgement that they made an error and an apology for the effect of it on me?
Guessing it's a no, but it makes me so cross.
