HR Didn't follow procedure. Have I got any options

I was taken straight to a formal process and investigation meeting, which I adjourned part way through to seek further advice as I didn't think procedure had been followed.
Fast forward two weeks. I get email from the decision maker to say we are going to do x (that I argued should have been done initially). Very brief.

This caused me significant stress and anxiety. I haven't even got an apology.

Have I got any way of pushing back to get an acknowledgement that they made an error and an apology for the effect of it on me?

Guessing it's a no, but it makes me so cross.

To what end?

Why do you think they should apologise? You raised an issue, they seem to have agreed. Job done.

No.

Even if there was, it wouldn't be a sincere apology, so what would be the point?

Feel cross for a moment, sure, but then let it go.
