Does anyone here work for Lidl?

Job role advertised as deputy store manager offering 47.5hr contract and 40hr contract.
I am just wondering what the typical rota would look like for the 40hr contract? As I have small DC I want to be sure the hours are not too unsociable. Only I am reading varying reviews online so just reaching out to fellow MNetters here 😊

You'll be expected to opt out of the working time directive. You don't have to, but you're viewed better if you do. It's a great company to work for but my managers work so hard, seem to always be working, you are rewarded for your efforts but don't think it's an easy job, you do every job in the shop, pick up the slack, do 11 hours with a 30 min break etc.
